A highway between Hail and Al Ula is one of the latest Road Marking Projects that El Kamilin is doing. The project started in February 2018 in collaboration with Shibh Al Jazira company.

The project is issued by the Ministry of Transport, Saudi Arabia under contract no. 606.

Total length of road covered is 140Km with 20 intersection
